The Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bid Walton) Airport site at Badgerys Creek has significant Aboriginal and European heritage value and it is important that heritage and historical value be retained as much as possible throughout the airport's development.

Many sites with heritage value have been identified and strategies devised to record them.
