Expression of interest

If you are interested in observing the FOWSA general business meeting from 2pm to 4pm on Saturday 2 June at Penrith Panthers, please complete this Expression of Interest form by 11:59pm on Wednesday 30 May 2018.

If you would like to submit a question for FOWSA to consider at the general business meeting, please email FOWSA@infrastructure.gov.au by 11:59pm on Wednesday 30 May 2018.

As the venue has limited seating, submitting this form does not guarantee attendance. Invitations will be sent by return email.

Please note:

Attendance is by registration only. The venue owner reserves the right to refuse entry on the day.

It is not necessary to attend the meeting in order to submit a question. The minutes of the general meeting and answers to submitted questions (de-personalised and summarised as required) will be posted on the FOWSA page after the meeting.

By submitting an expression of interest or any question, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the personal information supplied by you in the context of your registration of interest for the above purposes by the department.
